RULES

1. Goalkeeper must puck out the ball with the hurley. Puck outs can not be a hand pass. You have to wait for the referee's whistle.

2. Goalkeeper can not score from a puck out, but can score after recieving a pass.

3. Any player can score from their own half. Normal rules applies in your half for scoring (points/goals).

4. You can not use the hand for scoring in the opposing half. You can score from a ground strike, drop puck, volley or if the ball comes off the wall and  you strike it with out handling.

5. Any strike at goal from hand in opposing half will result in a free out.

6. Sin Bin of five minutes applies. You can not be replaced for a yellow card offence. Red cards also apply in which you can take no further part in the game and you can not be replaced.

7. All players must wear helmets at all times. They are compulsary.

8. Games are fifty minutes.

9. Games are max. 6 aside , min. 5 aside. Depending on numbers on the night.

10.Sub are used on a roll on roll off system.

11. Referee's decision is final.
